I trusted Barca to win vs. Real Madrid

Yesterday, I recommended in my Telegram channel with betting tips to take FC Barcelona as a winner against their archrivals from Real Madrid. It was a decision I took at the beginning of the game when I saw the starting 5 for each team. Barca’s starting lineup was a bit better than Madrid’s, and I thought the Catalans should have a better kick-off, which actually happened.

Fc Barcelona started very well the game going to 16-6 and then the entire game they maintained the lead till the end.  There were moments of the game when the Azulgrana squad looked by far superior at any chapter, especially at the assists. The collective effort of Barcelona’s players was amazing, the ball sharing massive and also the help in defense stopped Edy Tavares and Co.

Barca had reached 18 points margin and it seemed that it will be another comfortable win but El Clasico is El Clasico. In the last minutes of the game, Real Madrid had an amazing run and eventually, Barca escaped – with luck – with a narrow win.

All in all, Barca played solid basketball on both sides of the court. They showed character and that they can dominate a team like Real Madrid, even without having Nikola Mirotic, Kyle Kuric and Sergi Martinez on the roster.

FC Barcelona had to win this derby in order to erase the bad taste left in the first round of the Euroleague when they lost at home against Olympiacos.
