One my best picks for this weekend comes from Italy. I choose Reggio Emilia to win and also the handicap -3,5 against Brescia because:
- Reggio Emilia is a strong team at home. They have a large experienced roster, including foreigners and young Italian talents.
- Brescia has lost many players after the failed Eurocup campaign. Recently, Eric Mika left the team and Luca Vitali is injured.
- Jordan Hamilton, the main scorer of Brescia is banned to play this round by the Italian federation because of his behavior from the last game played against Varese.
- In these circumstances, Brescia has a very short rotation. Only 3 foreigners: the veteran David Moss, Gerald Beverly who was scoreless last game and Jared Cunningham and some good Italians: Awudu Abass, Brian Sacchetti, Tommaso Laquintana and Andrea Zerini. Not enough to beat Reggiana!
