Brindisi has the chance to smash Torino

Sunday will bring us one of the most interesting basketball games from Serie A. Fiat Torino plagued with injuries will host a strong Happy Casa Brindisi, a team who showed a very good shape and a complete roster in last rounds of Legabasket.

Torino is trying to heal his wounds by adding these days the French big man Mouhammadou Jaiteh, who comes from Limoges, where he had some problems and he was fired. Another acquisition for Torino is the Italian youngster Marco Portannese, who came back from Cremona.

But it will be difficult for Torino to face Brindisi, because:

1. They lost with injuries James McAdoo, Marco Cusin, Tekele Cotton and Carlos Delfino
2. The new additions have very short time to accommodate with the team before the Sunday game. I don’t think they will do miracles
3. The roster will be short, only 1 good Italian can step on the court for Torino: Peppe Poeta, the rest of them are injured or too young
4. Brindisi has a solid roster and a deep rotation composed by both American and Italian players.
