INTERNATIONAL SPORT RECRUITMENT (ISR) Team, a group of Agents, Scouts and Recruiters is looking for talented basketball coaches wanting to work with youth categories in China and to teach them basketball. ISR Team one of the most experienced and successful organization in recruiting and employing basketball coaches in China. Since 2017, ISR managed to send more than 20 basketball Coaches to work in China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Weinan, Qingdao).
ISR is searching now for 10 more coaches to work in China. The requirements for this position are:
BACHELOR OR MASTER DEGREE: Coach to have Bachelor degree as a minimum
WORKING EXPERIENCE: Two years after graduation is counted as minimum Coaching working experience
required for acquiring a working visa
ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English is required
AGE: In general Academies in China requires to have coaches younger than 45 years old
LICENCES: Any basketball coaching licence is an advantage, but can’t substitute University degree which is obligatory for acquiring a working visa
NO CRIMINAL RECORD: No criminal record, proving a clear background of the coach is mandatory
SALARY: Minimum salary we enable to our coaches is 1400 EUR/month. Additional working hours are paid 30-50 EUR/ hour
WORK TIME: 18h of training plus 10h in the office per week. 2 days off/week
ACCOMMODATION: is paid by the employer in China
FLIGHT TICKETS: are reimbursed after 2nd or 3rd month of the contract in China
