Amazing Tibor Pleiss and Peteri Koponen
One of the best performance of this Euroleague round belongs to Anadolu Efes center Tibor Pleiss. The German giant (2,21 m) made a huge game, despite the few minutes he played. Pleiss scored 12 points (5/6 from 2 points and 2/2 from the free-throw line) and grab 4 rebounds, for 15 of efficiency value in less than 10 minutes of play.
The Finnish point guard Petteri Koponen had as well a strong night in Bayern’s home winning against Turkish side Darussafaka. He was perfect from the field, ending the game with 16 points (2/2 from 2 point range and 4/4 from 3 points shots), adding 2 rebounds and 3 assists in less than 15 minutes for an efficiency of 19.
