Gran Canaria won’t resist Maccabi Tel-Aviv
For Maccabi, the time is up! They have to prove their value and the best opportunity is now against the newcomer Herbalife Gran Canaria.
I think that Maccabi has to win because:
- Gran Canaria is actually just a Eurocup team dressed in a Euroleague one
- Maccabi lost already too many games and the play-off battle seems to be more complicated for them
- Center Tarik Black is finally back for Maccabi and Scottie Wilbekin injured finger seems to be cured
- The Israeli powerhouse has a strong and large roster full of ex-NBA and Euroleague players with a lot of experience
The only major problem for the visitors, as anytime you travel to Gran Canaria is the long distance which can involve the fatigue of Maccabi players.
