Kawhi Leonard is 3rd all-time in scoring in a single NBA playoff

Kawhi Leonard wrote many pages of history in recent years. 2 times MVP of the Finals with 2 different teams is already something. But to reach the 3rd spot all-time in scoring in a playoff edition is huge especially for a player who is not selfish, a player to help the team both in defense and in offense, hunting not just points, but adding assists, grabbing rebounds and making a lot of steals.

During this playoff edition, Kawhi Leonard scored a total of 726 points. He entered top 5 all-time in scoring, passing with just 1 point Hakeem Olajuwon who had 725 in 1995 for the Houston Rockets and Allen Iverson, who scored 723, for Philadelphia 76ers in 2001.

In front of Kawhi Leonard on this list of single NBA playoff scoring record remains Lebron James with 748 for the Cavaliers in 2018 and on the first spot, Michael Jordan who scored 759 in 1992 for the champions Chicago Bulls.

But Kawhi is still young to reach many milestones in the years to come, leaving his own mark in NBA history.
